Enjoy Tampa Bay lifestyle!!

One of the beauty of living in Tampa Bay area is being able to enjoy outdoors and nature’s beauty so easily while you are living the city life. World knows we have top notch white beaches. Less known big attraction is that we have bicycle trails all over Tampa Bay area and they are keep on expanding, too!

Pinellas Trail is probably the most famous and popular trail. It extends from Tarpon Springs to St Petersburg (47 miles!) going through some scenic points and charming towns for a break and refreshments. Most portion of the trail is built on abandoned CSX train tracks. The county is working to make Pinellas Trail Loop which goes around the county and connects as a loop. You can see the fun and detailed illustration map here.

New star addition is Courtney Campbell Trail, which is a separate bridge/trail built just South of the main Courtney Campbell Causeway Bridge (SR 60). I personally take this bridge very frequently, the view is just stunning. It connects Tampa and Clearwater.

Another very popular trail is Upper Tampa Bay Trail. Though it mostly runs through the urban area, it is well shaded and serene.

There are many more wonderful bike trails throughout Tampa Bay. Most of the trails are shared with pedestrians and inline skaters as well. Enjoy!
