Below are the newly released housing market statistics for 3 major counties in Tampa Bay Area.
Extreme shortage of the inventory homes is fueling the price increase. Big jump in number of cash sales. Huge increase in both Median Price and Average Price. Days to Contract and Days to Sale are drastically shorter compared to a year ago. We were just out of Lock-Down last June (2020) in Tampa Bay Area. Months of Supply of Inventory is less than one month in all three counties.
Hillsborough County contains Tampa, Brandon, South Tampa, Downtown Tampa, Riverview, Temple Terrace, Sun City Center, Plant City, etc.
Pinellas County contains Clearwater, St Petersburg, Dunedin, Largo, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Gulf Beaches, etc.
Pasco County contains Wesley Chapel, Trinity, Land O Lakes, New Port Richey, Hudson, etc.
