Year over Year prices are still higher but the gain is getting smaller. Month to Month prices are declining slightly but staying almost the same in last few months. Median Time to Contract is definitely longer. Median Percentage of Original List Price Received has decreased even compared to the summer. The home price staying at high range with the high mortgage rate is creating the difficulty for many buyers but at least, you can now negotiate terms like pre-COVID market.
