Since September 25, 2020, Florida has been in Reopening Phase 3.
Despite COVID-19 slow down, the residential real estate market never slowed down.
Below are the two statistics for August 2020 (the newest monthly stats available as of today).
One is for Hillsborough County (including Tampa) and the other one is for Pinellas County (including Clearwater and St Petersburg).
As these show, for both counties, the median price had increase over 14% over last August. Days to Contract and Days to Close are getting shorter too.
