According to CNN Money, Tampa is #6 on “10 hottest housing market 2014” and
#2 on “Top 10 cities people are moving to”!
According to CoreLogic Case-Shiller’s latest home price forecast,
Tampa’s forecast gain through September 2014 is 8%.
Gain between Sept 2012 to Sept 2013 was 14.6%. Compared to last year, it is projected
that this year’s gain will slow down a bit, but the home price here in Tampa Bay area is still quite affordable with growing population and businesses.
We still have many foreclosure properties available for the buyers to gain healthy equity in coming years.
